About Us

We are mad about camping, we go away somewhere different every year. Last year we were at Devon and the year before that we went to the North of Scotland. We started with a small tent just for the 2 of us and then loved it so much we bought a larger tent when the family came along. Our daughters were only 9 months when they were first introduced to camping and love the freedom it brings them. Now we have everything from the tent to a heater and a clothes airer, we even enjoy it when its raining – you just have to make the most of it.

We decided on this small business after hearing the same old thing year after year – “we’ve often thought about camping but don’t want to spent a fortune on all the gear” or “we bought a small tent to try camping and love it so much we are going to get a bigger one” and so Border Tent Hire was formed. We can’t promise that you are going to love camping but what we can promise you is to give you the chance to hire one of our fantastic tents at reasonable prices as well as the equipment and let you decide for yourself. About Us

World Inspired Tents™ is a family run business, based in beautiful North Devon. It forms part of our parent company, World Inspired Limited.

Our core business is the hire and sale of the amazing Tentipi® products. Other business activities within World Inspired Limited, include such things as bespoke gifts for weddings and parties.

Company Directors Edward & Donna Wright are passionate outdoor enthusiasts. World Inspired Tents™ was born out of discovering Tentipi® and realising an opportunity to work with them as part of their Assured Rental Programme and as an official Tentipi Sales Centre.

You have 200 guests gathered in 3 of our Stratus 72 Kata’s, joined together to create a single tent. The sun is setting, the band is in full swing and people are grooving on the dance floor. Across the tent people are chatting at the bar whilst others linger by the open fire…yes… inside the tent!

Attached to the Stratus 72’s is one of our smaller Cirrus 40 tents. The lights are low, the candles are flickering and guests are chilling out on bean bag’s and giant cushions.

As the night draws to a close people retire to their individual sleeping tents, in the tipi village we’ve created for you across the field.

This is just one scenario. Our tents allow your imagination to run wild.

We will work with you to create a venue that will amaze and wow your friends, family and (if it’s a business event) your customers.

Welcome to Tangerine Fields
We have created Tangerine Fields because we know that, rain or shine, festivals are
all about great music, great friends and great times, not faffing about with tent poles.

Tangerine Fields are now at most UK festivals with their tent hire and pitch service
and make the camping extra special and ultra easy. All you have to do is book your
tent in advance through our booking page and carry your beer/children on the day.
We’ll meet you at the festival with a ready pitched tent
We have 2, 4 and 6 man tents (we use roomy tents so you won’t feel squashed in),
and we’ll provide you with airbeds and new sleeping bags, which go onto a number
of local and national homeless charities after use. We can also provide camping
stoves and kettles.

Once you’re in, we let you get on with dancing and drinking, then come hometime
we’ll wave goodbye to you before taking down the tent and packing away the beds
leaving you to head home for a proper cup of tea and some well earned early nights.
If you choose to book in a group with friends, we can guarantee a great spot where
you’re all camped together. We set up in 2003 and with the help of some great
customers, we’ve learnt a lot about making your time with us extra special and we
want to continue getting it right, so any thoughts or feedback is very welcome.

As well as providing a service at the UK festivals, we can offer bespoke camping and
event services, so if you’re looking to arrange something special for a large group,
